To launch Deepnet Explorer (DE) click on the DE icon on your desktop. If this is the first time you have launched DE you will be asked if you want to make DE your default browser. The layout of DE maybe similar to browsers you have used before but there are a few extra features as well. On the left there is a control panel that lets you choose between Web, News and P2P.
