EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
If Deepnet or any Deepnet contractor is unable to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions because of a matter beyond its reasonable control, neither Deepnet nor any Deepnet contractor will have any liability for that failure to perform.
Deepnet makes no representation that the Website is appropriate for use outside the United Kingdom. Those who choose to access the Website from any other location are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations if and to the extent that they are applicable.
